Logging In

In order to use the check scanning system, you must first connect to the website and log into it.

If this is your very first time logging in from this computer, you will be prompted to download and install the system. If you have already logged in in the past and there are new updates available to the check scanning system, you will be prompted to download and install these updates. Click here to learn about installing the system and any subsequent updates.

To connect and login to the check scanning system:

  1. Open up Internet Explorer and enter the website address of the check scanning system. The address information can be obtained from your system administrator. Press Enter to go to the webpage.  The login screen will open:

  2. Complete the following fields:

    User Name: Enter your username.

    Password: Enter your password.

  3. Click Login.

  4. You will be brought to the Batches screen. Continue on to

    If there are updates available, you will be prompted to download and install the updates.
